Power Yoga taught by Naomi

Vinyasa in this context refers to the practice of linking yoga asanas (poses) with a breathing technique called Ujjayi. Ashtanga is another popular form of yoga that uses ujjayi breath to initiate movement from one asana to another. Power Yoga classes are similar to Ashtanga in this way. The main difference is that Ashtanga follows a set asana sequence, where Power Yoga may organize the sequences differently, adding or subtracting asanas.
